Wedding Day Eclipse card

My card today uses another of Phil’s Cloud stamps. This time it’s with a Wedding Day theme. It’s a form of Eclipse card but using different colour card. It was stamped once with Wow ink pad and then embossed with gold embossing powder. Then I repeated the process again but this time on red card with gold embossing powder. I then used the alphabet die to cut out the LOVE from the red card and then I attached them to the first one with foam pads so that the words matched up on the stamp again. I finished off with some small heart dies that I cut out of the red card and matched up again on the gold card.

The panel was simply matted with more red card and I cut some border dies out of gold mirror card to go along top and bottom. The card is a 7×7 and can be done it any colour. If you know the wedding colours you could use those to create the card.

Phil Martin Cloud sentiment stamp

Good morning , today’s card is the first of three from a class using the new stamps from Phil Martin.

This one is a cloud text stamp, that comprises of lots of words relating to birthdays. So great for any birthday card young or old. It’s comes from his DL range but in this card I turned and used it on a 7×5 card and stamped it across the bottom. Before I did that I stamped the Panda and masked it off, so once the text stamp had been stamped it looks like the Panda is in front . I then stamped the balloon and on a scrap piece of card stamped, coloured and cut out the hat. I attached that to Panda with foam pads and glittered the Pom Pom.

Wee fairy friends

Looks like it’s going to be another gorgeous day. I recently brought in some kits from Hobby House do to in a Thursday evening class. There was a choice of cute or floral, Wee Fairy Friends was the cute one . The kit contained enough to make 12 cards the ladies made some on the evening and took the rest of the kit home to finish.

All the ribbons and embellishments were included in the kit . I just added some extra sentiment stamps and some dies or punches . I will post some more of the cards tomorrow . We still have some of the kits left to sell.

Enjoy your BH Monday.

Another “fab” card

In yesterday’s post I mentioned I had the “fab” letters left over from my card, this is the card I made with them. I used the same ink colours and stamps to make a pattern around an oval die cut. I attached the letters that to make them stand out. Few more glossy accents and it was finished .

Hope you are enjoying this gorgeous weather . Back tomorrow with a card from Kerry.
